Nina is an anesthesiologist and pain physician in Calgary, with a clinical and personal interest in Women’s Health topics. Navigating the perimenopausal transition is challenging, especially with varied knowledge in health care practitioners, and limited holistic support through publicly funded programs. It was her intention to create a program where women can get medical support through testing and hormonal supplementation, while also having the spectrum of other challenges in this phase of life addressed, including sleep, diet, fitness, and overall wellness. Nina has a keen interest in exercise and fitness, especially as it pertains specifically to women, as well as dietary and lifestyle approaches to restore and sustain wellness. Outside the operating room, you can also find her teaching Lagree fitness in Calgary.
