Pelvic health

Pelvic floor physiotherapy

Many bladder problems start with the muscles that support the bladder and pelvis. Pelvic floor physiotherapy strengthens and retrains those muscles, and it works for women and men.

It can help with leaks when you cough, laugh or exercise, sudden urges to go, pelvic pain, and recovery after childbirth or prostate surgery. Your physiotherapist works alongside our urologist and nurse practitioners, so your plan fits together.

Looking for more specific care? See urinary incontinence & vaginal atrophy care for women, or prostate & urological health for men.

  • After childbirth recovery
  • Before and after surgery, including prostate surgery
