Every reason to get tested is a good one
Many STIs cause no symptoms at all, so regular testing is part of looking after your health.
Routine testing
Regular screening is the only way to catch infections that don't cause symptoms.
New or multiple partners
Testing at the start of a new relationship, or regularly if you have more than one partner.
Symptoms
Burning when you pee, discharge, sores, bumps, a rash, or pain in the testicles.
Exposure or partner notification
If a partner has an STI, you should be tested and may need treatment even without symptoms.
Simple, private, and quick
We keep testing straightforward and make sure you understand your results.
Talk
A confidential conversation about your health and sexual history, so we test for the right things.
Test
Urine, blood, and swab tests based on your history and any symptoms.
Results
Results shared privately and securely, with a clear explanation.
Treat & prevent
Treatment if needed, advice for partners, and prevention options like DoxyPEP and vaccines.
Care that goes beyond the test
Testing is the first step. We also help you treat infections and lower your risk going forward.
STI testing
Testing with or without symptoms, tailored to your history, so nothing important is missed.
- Urine, blood, and swab tests
- Regular screening schedules if you need them
Treatment and follow-up
If a test is positive, we prescribe treatment, explain what it means, and arrange retesting when needed.
- Clear next steps
- Guidance on telling partners
Doxycycline post-exposure prevention
A single dose of doxycycline taken within 72 hours after condomless sex can lower the chance of getting syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea.
- For eligible patients
- Regular STI testing while using it
Vaccination
Vaccines can protect against HPV and hepatitis A and B. We'll check what you're eligible for.
- HPV vaccine
- Hepatitis A and B vaccines
DoxyPEP doesn't protect against HIV or viral STIs like herpes and HPV. Condoms, regular testing, and vaccines are still important parts of staying healthy. For ongoing HIV protection, ask about PrEP for HIV prevention.
Possible HIV exposure? Act quickly.
Medication to prevent HIV after an exposure (HIV PEP) works best when started as soon as possible, and must be started within 72 hours. Go to the nearest emergency department or urgent care if you:
- Had condomless sex with someone who has HIV or whose status you don't know
- Shared needles or drug equipment
- Were sexually assaulted

Frequently asked questions
Is my visit confidential?
Yes. Your visit and results are private, and you'll see the same small team from your first appointment through follow-up.
Do I need symptoms to get tested?
No. Many STIs cause no symptoms, so testing is a good idea whenever you have a new partner or as part of regular check-ups.
Who is DoxyPEP for?
DoxyPEP is mainly offered to people at higher risk of bacterial STIs, such as those who have had syphilis, chlamydia, or gonorrhea in the past year. We'll go over whether it's right for you.
Should my partner be tested too?
If you test positive, your partners should be tested and treated, even without symptoms. We'll help you with next steps.
Peace of mind starts here.
